From Our Family to Yours
Asian Grocers was founded by Gaurav Khatri and his wife Neetu — a family who moved to Ontario and quickly noticed the same gap felt by thousands of immigrant families: authentic Indian and Asian ingredients were simply hard to find.
“The business started due to a lack of availability of authentic Indian products in the area,” Gaurav explains. “It meets the local need for a wide range of Indian ingredients, spices, and specialty items.”
Family-owned and operated since 2022, the store has grown into a true community hub. Today we stock over 3,955products from more than 200 trusted brands — MDH, Haldiram's, Tata, Amul, Patanjali, and many more — with fresh produce arriving daily.
Our shelves serve a diverse and inclusive community: Indian and South Asian families, Filipino expatriates, and anyone who has fallen in love with Asian cuisine and culture. Whoever you are, you belong here.
